Chakra Meditation: How To Chakra Meditate Simplified in Bangalore
At 7 Chakras, we offer various different kinds of chakra meditation explaining how to chakra meditate for various different purposes. As you might be knowing, the chakra discipline is extensively shrouded under mysterious descriptions turning it into an esoteric discipline.
Who has done that? And why have they done what they did? There may have been two reasons for this. First, the originators of this discipline might have intentionally made its descriptions mysterious. They might have done so to keep them away from the reach of the masses. This way, they could retain the total control of its power in their hands and pass it on very selectively.
But it doesn’t seem that this could have been the real reason. Such insightful originators couldn’t have been such petty politicians.
The second reason could have been that they intuitively got an insight into this discipline but couldn’t fully analyze it. Hence they weaved complex esoteric theories roundabout the most simplified one to explain what they were not absolutely clear about.
Who Am I?
You may ask who I am to speak so authoritatively about a 2,000 years old established system. Well, it’s a very interesting story how I accidentally initiated into this discipline. I knew nothing about chakras till 53 years of my age. I had been a chronic myopic with a blurred distant vision till that point of time in my life. And then something accidentally happened with me.
One fine day, I found myself seeing everything crystal-clear in the field of my vision far and wide. This clarity had instantly been activated as I fully stretched my body to relax. In fact, I had been standing at one single place without moving for a long while. Hence I stretched my body to come out of its inertial rigidity. And as I stretched, I discovered I was able to see clear far and wide without any blur. Although I kept swinging between clarity and blur yet my body could always get the clarity back. But my mind couldn’t yet pin-point what exactly my body was doing to bring that clarity back every time.
It was a miracle. It actually started my journey to instantly cure myopia through re-posturing the body. But that was not the end of it. I have always been a very curious person. I couldn’t take it as just a miracle and be satisfied with getting blessed by it. I wanted to know its inside story in all its details and their corresponding effects.
My Research Analyzing The Miracle: Two Different Ophthalmological Approaches
I studied ophthalmology looking for what it said about the process of accommodating the focus between far and near. But it couldn’t answer how I had been able to cure my myopia, and that too, instantly. According to its theoretical stand, I shouldn’t have been able to do so.
Then I found another work by an early twentieth century ophthalmologist named Dr. W.H.Bates. He is famous for his procedure named Bates Method which he claimed to cure eyesight with. He even proposed a new theory that explained the process of accommodation as different from the one accepted by ophthalmology. But ophthalmology fraternity rejected his claims and ignored him which it still does.
Surprisingly, the method survived even after his death in 1931 and is still famously known as The Bates Method. It falls under the category ‘alternative health’ at present. But it’s too slow to register any conclusive measurable evidence to prove its challenge against established theory of mainstream ophthalmology. Majority of its followers lose their patience and discontinue it. And what I was looking for was an explanation of my instant reversal of myopia.
I very curiously studied it and was able to recognize both, its strong points and the weak ones. I would like to discuss them later in greater detail. It’ll include the concept of central fixation of the eyes that Dr. Bates came up with. It was an extremely powerful concept but Dr. Bates failed in providing it speedily enough to prove his challenge authentically.
The Chakra Discipline
Then I intuitively moved to study a vitalistic discipline that esoterically spoke about maneuvering eyes for spiritual enlightenment. As a corollary, it also spoke about healing various different physical, mental and spiritual ailments that humanity was affected with. Though it never spoke about eyesight yet I decided to explore it in depth. The reason was that a few of its descriptions matched with what I sensed in my skull on seeing clear.
The name of this ancient system was The Chakra Discipline. As I studied it deeper, I found it studded with lot many cock and bull stories. But there was something in it at its most basic level that kept me continuing with it. It talked about 7 Chakras in the body, but this body was not the visible physical body. It rather spoke of them being present in the so-called astral aka subtle body.
It was entirely a system of faith rather than analysis. But it did speak about the parts of the body that these chakras were associated with. Especially, these parts were the vertebral column and the skull.
I sieved all these thinly spread out descriptions and just applied them to my physical body starting with my skull. The only way of activating these thinly spread out descriptions was by maneuvering the only moving bone in the skull. It was mandible forming a skeletal joint named Temporomandibular joint with the temporal bone above it.
And as I did so, I suddenly discovered the secret of my instant reversal of myopia. The maneuver not only provided a crystal-clear eyesight but also brightly shining eyes to look at.
Chakra Meditation
Later I came to discover that it was an extremely powerful chakra meditation that was predominantly physical in its approach. It basically addressed the re-posturing of the joints in their natural disposition in the human skeleton. But it could impact the mental and the spiritual health as effectively as it could impact the physical health. It was fast, not at all slow. And it was tangible, not at all vague.
Investigating into the esoteric chakra discipline had landed me at a point where I could analyze my instant myopia reversal! Now I was able to do away with my eyesight swinging between crisp-clarity of vision and its old blur. My mind was now able to analyze what exactly my body did as I saw crystal-clear every time. It had just opened my third eye chakra and my crown chakra to cure my myopia instantly.
To me, it was a confirmation of the power with which maneuvering chakras could impact our health, fitness and wellness. If it could cure my myopia instantly, it might cure a lot more in my body, mind and spirit. I decided to investigate the power of this discipline in its full depth and width for its speed and efficacy.
The problem was that the system was shrouded under mysterious descriptions turning it into an esoteric discipline. That’s why it has more myths than reality in people’s perception about it even today. And that’s why a huge number of quacks have sprouted in this discipline confusing people even further and harming them.
But then I thought I could sieve out the real stuff separating it from all fluff it was filled with. I had already done it while curing my myopia and had come out with excellent results.
It was a humungous process of discovering how to chakra meditate for various different purposes of human concern. It took me a long time mastering them all through re-posturing the human skeleton. It addressed all seven of them starting from the root chakra at coccyx to the crown chakra in the skull.
Myth Vs Reality
Let me first of all start with dispelling all myths popular about this discipline and replace them with its reality.
Myth | Reality |
Chakras are the centers of energy. | Chakras are the rigidities in the muscle-groups, nerves and blood vessels associated with the specific vertebral distortions along its length. |
Closed chakras block the smooth flow of energy up to the crown chakra through the spine. Open chakras offer no resistance to it. | Chakras are chakras only when they are closed. They get dissolved when they are opened. Open chakras are no chakras at all. |
We can balance our chakras, cleanse them, heal them or open them | Chakra balancing, chakra cleansing, chakra healing and chakra opening are all synonyms. They should better be replaced with the term chakra dissolving. |
Chakras are located in the astral body. | Chakras are very much located in the physical body. |
Chakras are spiritual entities. | Chakras are physical entities affecting physical, mental and spiritual health negatively. |
Our intentions affect the state of our chakras. | The evolutionary holes left in our skeletal postures through our skeletal joints give birth to chakras. |
Chakra mediation is the spiritual meditation done to purify our intentions. | Every chakra meditation is a skeletal meditation aiming at re-posturing the skeletal joints to affect physical, mental and spiritual health positively in a permanent way. |
Kundalini keeps lying dormant at coccyx until it is awakened. | Kundalini never lies dormant. If it does which energy is it that keeps rotating at the locations of the chakras when they are closed? In fact, no energy can ever lie dormant. These are closed chakras alone that stop its streamlined flow upward to the crown chakra. |
We should do chakra meditation regularly. | We only need to know how to chakra meditate once and then make it our first nature 24 x 7. It takes us to a meditative state permanently. You never need to sit for the same meditation again. This is what skeletal chakra meditation aims at. |
Skeletal Chakra Meditation
Once we have dispelled all the myths concerning chakras, chakra meditation becomes a tangible science. How to chakra meditate for various concerns of humanity becomes a set of guided instructions in their most simplified form.
Various different types of skeletal chakra meditation simply re-posture various different parts of the vertebral column and the skull.
Bipedal Evolution
Bipedal evolution started around 7 million years ago. It was when our ancestors turned bipedal from quadruples which they always had been till that point of time. Once they freed their front legs and raised them in the air, they stood nearly vertical on their hind legs. It was not easy as their center of gravity wasn’t in line with their hind legs vertically up. And hence gravity kept pulling them down often making them tumble on their knees.
But they pursued with their adventure. It gave them freedom to use their front legs for different kinds of maneuvers. Like they could carry stuff with their help. They could also hit projectiles from a distance. It must have given them a privilege while fighting with other animals. Slowly and gradually their front legs evolved as hands capable of greater control and finer skills at their disposal. Other parts of their skeleton evolved to balance them better in their vertical stance. These parts included feet, knees, limbs, hips, pelvis, vertebral column and skull. It was almost an absolutely new skeleton designed to facilitate newer functions by evolutionary process in the animal world. It was we, the Homo sapiens.
Evolution of Brain
Brain started evolving simultaneously at an amazing pace. We started turning more and more intelligent. We could now plan how to fight with their competitors more effectively and come victorious.
With all these benefits at our disposal, we started controlling the planet. All our competitors had already gone on their back foot.
Evolutionary Holes Left In Our Skeleton Necessitating Skeletal Meditation Today
The same vertical orientation which had given us all these privileges left some holes in our newly designed skeleton. You do need to pay the price for freedom with responsibility! And we, their predecessors, have not been responsible enough to complete our skeletal evolution yet.
It started with an accelerated brain evolution falling victim to its own assisting faculty called mind taking control over it. This happened around ten thousand years ago that we started designing a complex sociocultural evolution for our growing social needs. But unfortunately we couldn’t designed it as well as nature had designed our biological bipedal evolution. As a result, our mind started fragmenting itself in multiple contradicting compartments which kept fighting with one another. It compelled the brain to follow its dictates as well.
That was how multiple evolutionary holes got left in our bipedal evolution. These were the holes that got converted to habitually closed chakras along our spine and skull distorting their posture habitually. These chakras turned the ‘double S’ orientation of our spine to an ‘inverted C’ shape. They did so by dropping the vertebral and skull joints down under the effect of gravity through mental fragmentation. This corrupted our body posture that turned habitual with the passage of time.
These corrupted joints further negatively affected the muscles, nerves and blood vessels in the organs associated with them. It reinforced the dictates of mind compromising with spontaneous working of the brain. This way the mind and the body turned into the two sides of the same coin.
That’s how chakras started harming us in multiple manners. First of all they block the flow of life energy through spine turning us considerably devoid of it. Also, they have not only spoiled our health but also infected our sociocultural institutions in an unhealthy and unjust way. We simply need to undo the wrong done by them, which they did over the past ten thousand years.
How To Chakra Meditate Simplified
How do we go ahead with it? The best and the fastest way out is through correcting our posture the way it was designed to be. This is what we call skeletal chakra meditation It teaches us how to chakra meditate in the most simplified way. When we do so physically, body posture instantly gets corrected.
But the muscular inertia of the past ten thousand years makes it difficult to keep it so in the beginning. And as the inertia loses its hold over the body and the mind, the chakras get permanently opened. No other meditation works as fast and as precisely as skeletal chakra meditation, teaching us how to chakra meditate simplified. That’s why I call it the mother of all meditations on earth.
The best thing was that it enabled me to pinpoint why The Bates Method was so slow for eyesight improvement. Actually he had gone vague in his approach to address mind rather than body for central fixation of the eyes. And he paid for it dearly. But no more now!
If we want to live a happy, energetic and healthy life, we need to undo what we did wrong. We need to open our chakras through skeletal chakra meditation. In fact, we need to learn how to chakra meditate for debilitating issues in the most simplified way.
