Body Core: Euphoric Guided Chakra Meditation for Centering in Bangalore at 7 Chakras

At 7 Chakras in Bangalore, we offer guided chakra meditation for centering at the body core. Body centering at the body core takes care of controlling its every single action in the most efficient manner. That implies the most efficient use of the muscles responsible in order to perform the said action. Not only this, it also takes care of the most efficient action performed by brain in a spontaneously creative manner. Body centering at the body core also centers the mind emptying it of all garbage it has collected so far. On top of it, it also relaxes extra ocular muscles resulting in eyes seeing crystal clear far or near through converging images at fovea.

Central Fixation at Body Core: Guided Chakra Meditation for Centering in Bangalore

Central Fixation At Body Core: Guided Chakra Meditation For Centering In Bangalore

It’s also called the central fixation of body automatically setting the central fixation of mind and central fixation of eyes.

Here is a quote on central fixation written almost 100 years ago by the famous ophthalmologist Dr W.H.Bates:

Not only do all errors of refraction and all functional disturbances of the eye disappear when it sees by central fixation, but many organic conditions are relieved or cured. I am unable to set any limits to its possibilities. I would not have ventured to predict that glaucoma, incipient cataract and syphilitic iritis could be cured by central fixation; but it is a fact that these conditions have disappeared when central fixation was attained. Relief was often obtained in a few minutes, and, in rare cases, this relief was permanent.”

Usually, however, a permanent cure required more prolonged treatment. Inflammatory conditions of all kinds, including inflammation of the cornea, iris, conjunctiva, the various coats of the eyeball and even the optic nerve itself, have been benefited by central fixation after other methods had failed. Infections, as well as diseases caused by protein poisoning and the poisons of typhoid fever, influenza, syphilis and gonorrhea, have also been benefited by it. Even with a foreign body in the eye there is no redness and no pain so long as central fixation is retained.”

Further…

Since central fixation is impossible without mental control, central fixation of the eye means central fixation of the mind. It means, therefore, health in all parts of the body, for all the operations of the physical mechanism depend upon the mind. Not only the sight, but all the other senses—touch, taste, hearing and smell—are benefited by central fixation. All the vital processes—digestion, assimilation, elimination, etc.—are improved by it. The symptoms of functional and organic diseases are relieved. The efficiency of the mind is enormously increased. The benefits of central fixation already observed are, in short, so great that the subject merits further investigation.”

Body Core: Guided Chakra Meditation for Centering in Bangalore

Body Core: Guided Chakra Meditation For Centering In Bangalore

Guided chakra meditation for centering at the body core does it through re-posturing skeletal joints in all their locations. These are extremely subtle maneuvers of the skeletal joints that work as the script of this guided chakra meditation. Therefore the script works as a two-way communication between the guide and the trainee in an interactive manner. In fact the guide is an expert skeletal chakra healer who knows which skeletal joints to re-posture. Every single re-posturing of joints affects specific chakras as a step towards opening them out of their closed status.

Once re-posturing is over, body goes centrally fixated by the guided chakra meditation for centering at the body core. Next comes a specially extended breathing pattern awakening kundalini that rises fast from coccyx to the crown chakra via spine.

This all came into existence with bipedalism driven skeletal evolution when our ancestors named hominins stood on their twos. Unluckily there were some holes left in the process continuing to date. These are the holes responsible for the existence of the closed chakras in the body even today. We are still in the process of evolving and we need to do it consciously at this juncture of time. We need to fill these holes individually like all giraffes did with their necks at one juncture of time. Once it gets done as a conscious process widely enough, it starts getting genetically transmitted to the next generation. In fact it was this that happened with giraffes as well.

Bipedalism Driven Skeletal Evolution: The Reason for Guided Meditation for Centering at Body Core

Here is a brief account of all 7 chakras and their associations with various different skeletal joints. It also includes the associated muscles, nerves and blood vessels in their vicinity. You need to keep these re-postured maneuvers initiated by guided meditation for centering at the body core intact. You also need to make them the first nature of your body 24 by 7 with all 7 chakras open:

Human bipedalism started around 4-7 million years ago when our ancestors named hominins stood on their twos. As it happened, their skeleton started evolving to make itself suited to bipedalism as much as it could. It changed in its arrangement of bones with respect to one another as well as in their shapes and sizes. The changes involved …

  • New arrangement and size of foot bones
  • Hip size and shape
  • Knee size
  • Leg length
  • Shape and orientation of vertebral column
  • Skull orientation

Bipedalism made walking more energy-efficient turning human movement much easier. Though it turned running less energy-efficient at the same time, yet walking was much more important than running. Hence the trade-off worked in a clear-cut benefit for bipedal species. It increased their locomotion tremendously.

But it also changed the entire anatomy in a dynamically evolving partially conscious manner. It’s this conscious evolution that we need to complete with guided meditation for centering at the body core today.

Bipedal Foot

With the help of newly evolved larger heels, the foot increased in size. This enabled it to work like a platform on which the body weight could easily rest. It also turned the toes smaller than before as they were no more used to grasp things like tree trunks.

Foot as a platform didn’t evolve as a flat surface but did so as an arched one. It distributed the body weight on feet through their heels to the balls of the feet behind the big toes. The said weight distribution conserved a lot of energy while walking.

(But that’s only the ideal state of body weight distribution in bipedal homo sapiens. What I have noticed in the majority of  my trainees coming to me for re-posturing is not so. Owing to posturing their body in a wrong way, they distribute  their body weight on the outsides of their feet. Most of them do so towards the outer sides of their heels whereas the rest do towards their little toes.

I always check it the very first through observing the soles of their shoes where they have worn the most. My data suggests that a majority of modern homo sapiens distributes its body weight on its feet the wrong way. Hence guided chakra meditation for centering at the body core becomes all the more necessary in this scenario.)

Present Status

Today, the human foot is a complex structure of 26 bones, 33 joints and hundreds of muscles, tendons and ligaments. The main joints of the foot are…

  • Ankle joint
  • Subtalar joint
  • Interphalangeal articulations of foot

A foot has three parts to it…

  • Hindfoot comprises ankle bone (talus) and heel bone (calcaneous). Ankle bone connects to tibia and fibula in the lower leg and forms ankle joint. At its other end, it connects  to heel bone and forms subtalar joint.
  • Midfoot has five bones, cuboid, navicular and three cuneiform bones from its arches, serving as a shock absorber. It’s connected to hind foot  and fore foot with muscles and plantar fascia,
  • Forefoot comprises five toes and five proximal long bones forming metatarsus. Toe bones are called phalanges and make joints among them, named interphalangeal joints and with metatarsus, named metatarsophalangeal joints.

Human foot has two longitudinal and one transverse arches. They make walking and running more energy-efficient.

Knee

Bipedal Knee

Human knee joints have also evolved to support the increased body weight on two of them owing to bipedalism. The degree of knee extension, meaning the angle between the thigh and the shank in the walking cycle, has decreased. This change called double knee action reduces energy lost by vertical movement of the center of gravity. It enables homo sapiens to keep their knees straight right under the body improving its balance.

The knee joins the thigh and the leg with two joints, tibiofemoral joint connecting femur with tibia and patellofemoral joint connecting femur and patella. This modified hinge joint is the largest joint in the body. It very efficiently permits flexion and extension along with a limited internal and external rotation.

Like foot, people in general keep their knee joints faultily postured too, causing knee problems in their old age. Hence again, guided chakra meditation for centering at the body core becomes all the more necessary in this scenario.

Limbs

Bipedal Legs

Bipedalism driven evolution changed the length of the legs since they were the only ones to function in upright gait. Leg muscles are the ones that give a push to the action of walking at its every step through their ankles. Long legs also give an effortless swing to the steps without using muscles every time. Since forelimbs don’t play any role in the action of walking, they can carry other stuff.

Bipedal evolution provided homo sapiens with upper limbs for visually guided manipulation and lower limbs for mechanically guided bipedal gait. It also optimized the location of the body’s center of gravity which is still in process. Can you see its association with guided chakra meditation for centering at body core today?

Bipedal Arms

It further reorganized the internal organs and the biomechanism of the trunk through a double S shaped vertebral column. The double S shape of the vertebral column is an efficient shock absorber. The entire skeletal system thus efficiently shifts the weight of the upper body to the sole of the feet. Long load bearing legs also very nicely optimize for bipedalism.

All the large joints of the lower limb align in a vertically oriented straight line.

Hip and Pelvis

Bipedal Hip

Bipedalism driven evolution also turned hip joints larger than before to support the entire body weight in a better way. It turned its shape shorter and broader, bringing the vertebral column closer to the hip. This arrangement provided a more stable base for the support of trunk while walking upright. The ilium broadened in shape turning the walls of the pelvis adjusted to face laterally.

The size of gluteus muscles increased as well enabling homo sapiens to stand on one leg with body balance intact. The sacrum turned broader, thus increasing the opening of birth canal.

Three pelvic bones fused into one as the hip bone forming a part of the hip region. The hip joint joins the head of the femur to acebulum of the pelvis. The joint supports the weight of the body in its static as well as in its dynamic state. Thus the joint retains balance and maintains the pelvic inclination angle.

Pelvic Tilt

Bipedal Pelvis (Male)
Bipedal Pelvis (Male)
Bipedal Pelvis (Female)
Bipedal Pelvis (Female)

Pelvic tilt is a movable postural orientation of the pelvis. It’s an orientation relative to thigh bones, knee joints and the soles of the feet below.  It also changes the orientation of the hip joint. When postured right, it subtly supports the weight of the vertebral column above while keeping its double S shape intact.

But that is just a description of the ideal pelvic orientation. A major chunk of the human population habitually keeps this pelvic tilt wrongly postured. There are two reasons for this unhealthy habit formation. The first one is the downward pull by gravity on its orientation. People give in to this constant downward pull when they lack enough life energy to keep its orientation up. They just let the front of their pelvis drop in relation to its back.

You must be getting a valid reason for guided chakra meditation for centering at body core in today’s scenario.

The newly acquired orientation named as  anterior pelvic tilt also disrupts the orientation of the hip joint. This further disrupts the double S shape of the vertebral column above. Below, it disrupts the load bearing distribution at the knee joints and at the soles of the feet. The second reason is an emotionally driven pulled-in psychological state of mind adding to all the above-mentioned disruptions.

Pelvic Tilt

More Pelvic Tilts

The above-mentioned anterior pelvic tilt is just one of its many abnormal orientations. Though it’s just one yet  this one is the most prevalent one, the second being posterior pelvic tilt. Anyway, here is a complete list of pelvic tilt abnormalities as and when it orients its posture in a wrong way…

  • Anterior pelvic tilt drops the front of the pelvis relative to the back of the pelvis. It shortens the hip flexors and lengthens the hip extensors.
  • Posterior pelvic tilt raises the front of the pelvic relative to the back of the pelvis. It lengthens the hip flexors and shortens the hip extensors.
  • Lateral pelvic tilt happens when one keeps pelvis tilted to left or right habitually, resulting in scoliosis.
  • Left pelvic tilt keeps the right side of the pelvis raised more than the left sider.
  • Right pelvic tilt keeps the left side of the pelvis raised more than the right sider.

All the more reasons for the guided chakra meditation for centering at body core!

Tailbone vis-à-vis Root Chakra

Bipedal Coccyx

Pelvic tilt is the sole cause of a closed root chakra appearing at the lowest point, coccyx, of vertebral column. Coccyx lies very near the pelvic belt. And the pelvic tilt drops it down and pushes it forward in case it is anterior pelvic tilt. When the pelvic tilt is posterior, it still drops coccyx down but pushes it backward this time. Both the maneuvers sow the first seed of the closed chakras distorting the double S curve of the vertebral column.

A closed root chakra also disrupts the anatomy and hence the physiology of the pelvis, hip and the lower limb. It disrupts pelvic, hip, knee, ankle and subtalar joints with interphalangeal articulations of feet and associated muscles, nerves and arteries.

As a result, the tail bone (coccyx) drops down as well as anteriorly forward or backward at the pelvis. The body weight distribution on hip, knees and soles of feet gets distorted centering its thrust on their wrong points. With the passage of time, one contracts knee pain, sciatica, varicose veins and constipation in case of anterior pelvic tilt. When it’s due to posterior pelvic tilt, constipation gets replaced with chronic loose motions.

Psychological Effects: Guided Chakra Meditation for Centering at Body Core

It makes us feel ungrounded biologically as well as psychologically. Hence it keeps us perennially concerned with survival and material security in life. It turns us a miser who fears losing what little one have in case of anterior pelvic tilt.

When it is due to posterior pelvic tilt, it turns us greedy and spendthrift who greedily accumulates a huge lot. It guarantees one it would never deplete even if a lot gets lost.

Opening root chakra comes handy through undoing the wrong done to it and then making it one’s first nature. We need to do away with our pelvic tilt. It tends to start the first step towards skeletal re-posturing via guided mediation for body centering at body core.

Vertebral Column

The vertebral column of the homo sapiens in its natural posture has a forward bend in its lumbar region. Above this it has a backward bend in its thoracic region. Without its forward bend in its lumbar region, the body would have kept leaning forward. In that case it would have needed a huge effort to stand upright.

The forward bend in the lumbar region and the backward bend in the thoracic region keep the body straight. They do so by keeping body’s center of gravity directly in line with its feet vertically.

Vertebral Column Shape For Guided Meditation For Body Centering At Body Core

The vertical column is what makes homo sapiens a vertebrate having a long chain of vertebrae separated by intervertebral discs. Their nomenclature is done by their region in the column and their position in their region. The vertebral column also has a spinal canal for housing the spinal cord.

There are 33 vertebrae in the vertebral column. The upper 24 of them are articulating and separated from one another by intervertebral discs. The lower 9 of them are fused in human adults, 5 in sacrum and 4 in coccyx or tailbone. Ligaments at the front, at the back and in between the vertebrae lengthen the vertebral column. These ligaments join the spinous processes, the transverse processes and the vertebral laminae.

Vertebral Column In The Body

All 33 vertebrae are divided into five regions…

  • Cervical spine comprises 7 vertebrae
  • Thoracic spine comprises 12 vertebrae
  • Lumbar spine comprises 5 vertebrae
  • Sacrum comprises 5 fused vertebrae
  • Coccyx comprises 4 fused vertebrae

Parts of Vertebrae

Atlas and axis are the topmost vertebrae in the cervical region supporting the head.

Vertebral body and vertebral arch are the two parts of a vertebra placed anteriorly and posteriorly respectively. The two parts in contact with each other enclose vertebral foramen through which the spinal cord passes.

The vertebral arch comprises two pedicles and two laminae. The arch performs seven processes out of which 4 are particular, 2 are transverse and one is spinous (aka  neural spine). The spinous process comes out the back and the two transverse processes come out one left and the other right. Vertebrae are joined by a thin portion of the neural arch called the pars interarticularis with facet joints allowing a restricted movement. Each pair of two vertebrae contain two small holes between them. These holes are named intervertebral foramina. Spinal nerves go out of the spinal cord to the organs through these holes.

Nomenclature of Vertebrae

The nomenclature of vertebrae is done with the help of their regions and numbers from up to down…

  • Cervical spine 7 vertebrae (C1 – C7)
  • Thoracic spider 12 vertebrae (T1 – T12)
  • Lumbar spine 5 vertebrae (L1 -L5)
  • Sacrum 5 fused vertebrae (S1 -S5)
  • Coccyx 4 fused vertebrae (Tailbone)

As a result of bipedal evolution, the vertebral column got curved at numerous places to stabilize body in upright position.

Here is a list of curves in the vertebral column comprising their vertebrae…

  • C2 – T2: convex forward (lordotic curve)
  • T2 – T12: concave forward (kyphotic curve)
  • T12 – S1: convex forward (lordotic curve)
  • S1 – Tailbone: concave forward (kyphotic curve)

Curvature abnormalities are of four types…

  • Kyphosis – excessive kyphotic curve
  • Lordosis – excessive lordotic curve
  • Scoliosis – lateral curvature
  • Kyphoscoliosis – combination of kyphosis and lordosis

Sacral Plexus vis-à-vis Sacral Chakra

Sacral Plexus

A closed sacral chakra comes into existence when the nerves in the sacral plexus are under long-term compression. It takes place through dropping the sacral vertebrae down and thus distorting the lower S  of the double S shape of vertebral column.

Sacral plexus is a nerve plexus comprising sensory and motor nerves for pelvis (partly), posterior thigh, lower leg and foot. It originates at lumbar and sacral vertebrae namely L4 – S4. It’s a formation that comes to place by…

  • Lumbosacral trunk
  • The anterior division of the first sacral nerve
  • Parts of the anterior divisions of the 2nd and 3rd sacral nerves

The nerves of the sacral plexus meet at the greater sciatic foramen making a flattened band there. From here, new branches start turning into sciatic nerve ultimately splitting into tibial and fibular nerves in posterior thigh.

Sacral plexus is positioned at the back of pelvis and is fed by superior and inferior gluteal arteries and veins.

Psychological Effects: Guided Chakra Meditation for Centering at Body Core

Constant compression of sacral plexus results in suppressing the aesthetic part of our instinctive structure. These include curiosity, creativity and most importantly the sexual drive and potency. In fact the roles of the root chakra and the sacral chakra are just the opposite of each other. The root chakra takes care of the basic survival and material safety or security. Conversely, the sacral chakra is concerned with whatever is beautiful in life and gives it a meaning to live. Its concerns including curiosity, creativity, sexual drive and potency fill joy and passion in the pursuits of life.

A constantly compressed sacral plexus afflicts the sexual process with various types of sexual dysfunctions. But once the compression is released through raising the sacral vertebrae up in the vertebral column, they start getting relieved. Then, it’s just a question of keeping vertebral column raised at its sacral region by making it one’s first nature. Again, the guided chakra meditation for centering at body core comes handy here.

There is a caveat here. Sacral chakra cannot be effectively opened until and unless the root chakra below it is already opened. That means you need to make guided chakra meditation for centering at body core your first nature 24 x 7.

Solar Plexus vis-à-vis Solar Plexus Chakra

Solar Plexus

Solar plexus aka celiac plexus is located in the vicinity of thoracic diaphragm near first lumbar vertebra in vertebral column. It comprises…

  • Splanchnic nerves – paired visceral nerves with fibers from autonomic nervous system and organs innervating visceral organs
  • Anterior vagal trunk – a branch of the vagus nerve with fibers from the left vagus primarily
  • Posterior vagal trunk – a branch of vagus nerve with fibers from the right vagus primarily

Solar plexus comprises smaller plexuses within, namely…

  • Hepatic plexus – receiving filaments from left vagus and right phrenic nerves
  • Splenic plexus – formed by the left celiac ganglion and the right vagus nerve
  • Gastric plexus – joining branches from the left vagus nerve
  • Pancreatic plexus – another solar plexus division
  • Suprarenal plexus – receiving branches from the celiac ganglion and splanchnic nerves

Solar plexus chakra comes into existence by dropping L1 vertebra and tucking it in, compressing thoracic diaphragm throughout its length.

Psychological Effects: Guided Chakra Meditation for Centering at Body Core

A closed solar plexus chakra acutely disturbs the breathing pattern turning it shallow and speedier. It turns one prone to breathing-related illnesses. As a result diffidence creeps in the persona losing one’s spirit of interaction, adventure and initiative.

The way to open the solar plexus chakra is simply to remove its compression through raising L1 up and out. It further pronounces the lower S of the double S shape in the vertebral column. Once we have learnt how to effectively do it, we just need to make it our first nature. How? The answer is through guided chakra meditation for centering at body core!

There is a caveat here. Solar plexus chakra cannot be effectively opened unless the root chakra and the sacral chakra below it are already opened.

Pectoral Muscles vis-à-vis Heart Chakra

Pectoralis Major
Pectoralis Major

Innervated by lateral pectoral nerve (C5 – C7) and medial pectoral nerve (C8 – T1), pectoral muscles have two parts…

  • Pectoralis major – flexes, extends and rotates humerus
  • Pectoralis minor – stabilizes the scapula

The first of them, i.e., pectoralis major is a thick, fan-shaped convergent muscle located in the chest. Its functions are flexion, extension and rotation of the humerus.

It performs four actions for the shoulder joint movement…

  • Flexion of the humerus like in heavy weight lifting while doing biceps curls
  • Adduction of the humerus like in arm-flapping
  • Rotating the humerus medially like in arm-wrestling
  • Keeping arms attached to torso like in military “attention” posture
Pectoralis Minor
Pectoralis Minor

Out of above four actions only second one keeps its associated vertebral upper S shape intact at C8 – T1 vertebrae. Same holds good for C5 – C7 vertebrae. The rest three tend to turn it to an inverted C shape. Also, when we stretch our body for relaxation, it performs the second action alone.

Hence it’s logical to deduce that the second action is the most relaxed state of the muscle. When we make it our first nature, it keeps heart chakra open for maximum duration of time throughout the day.

But when we keep it postured like in any of the rest three actions, it closes the heart chakra. It does so by turning the upper S shape of C8 – T1 vertebrae to an inverted C shape.

Pectoralis minor

Pectoralis minor is a thin, triangular muscle located in the upper chest under the pectoralis major muscle. It’s innervated by medial pectoral nerve (C8 – T1) alone.

Same is true about pectoralis minor to be kept postured for the second action to be able to stabilize scapulae.

Psychological Effects: Guided Chakra Meditation for Centering at Body Core

The second action is also the one that we adopt for hugging someone. And that’s how an open heart chakra is concerned the most with love, kindness and compassion. If it’s closed, it sets us in narrowness of heart, keeping us emotionally isolated from our fellow-beings on earth. Luckily we have the guided chakra meditation for centering at body core to help us here.

There is a caveat here. Heart chakra cannot be effectively opened unless root chakra, sacral chakra and solar plexus chakra below it are already opened.

Deltoid Muscle vis-à-vis Throat Chakra

Deltoid
Deltoid

Innervated by auxiliary nerve from the anterior rami of cervical nerves at C5 and C6, deltoid is located on shoulder. It comprises three sets of muscle fibers…

  • Anterior (clavicular) – fibers assist pectoralis major to flex the shoulder.
  • Posterior (scapular) – fibers assist latissimus dorsi to extend the shoulder like in rowing movements.
  • Intermediate (acromial) – fibers perform shoulder abduction.

Out of the above three, only the posterior or scapular fibers keep its associated vertebral upper S shape intact at C5 and C6 vertebrae. The rest two tend to turn it to an inverted C shape. Also, when we stretch our body for relaxation, the posterior fibers perform alone.

Deltoid
Deltoid

Hence it’s logical to deduce that the action by the posterior fibers is the most relaxed state of the muscle. When we make it our first nature, it keeps throat chakra open for maximum duration of time throughout the day.

But when we keep it postured like in action by the rest two fibers, it closes the throat chakra. It does so by turning the upper S shape of C5 – C6 vertebrae to an inverted C shape.

The action by posterior fibers is also the one that converges the top ends of scapulae closest to each other. It also aligns the collarbones along the neck turning it absolutely free to move in full 180 degrees. And that’s how an open throat chakra renders the head free on the neck ready to open the skull chakras.

Psychological Effects: Guided Chakra Meditation for Centering at Body Core

An open throat chakra opens our way to intellect, intelligence and logical communication. But if it’s closed, it sets us in problems with our effective communication and logical comprehension. Once we have opened it via guided chakra meditation for centering at body core, we don’t need to look back!

There is a caveat here. Throat chakra cannot be effectively opened unless root, sacral, solar plexus and heart chakras below it are already opened.

Skull vis-à-vis Third Eye and Crown Chakras

The skull of homo sapiens is freely balanced on the vertebral column at its first vertebra named Atlas, coded C1. Occipital condyles maintain its balance dynamically.  Owing to this, head can be postured erect without the prominent supraorbital ridges and strong muscular attachments like in apes. As a result, occipitofrontalis (frontalis and occipitalis) muscles are only used for face expressions and for central fixation. The spinal cord as an extension of medulla oblongata enters the vertebral column through foramen magnum, an occipital bone opening.

Human brain size has also played a very big role in bipedalism driven evolution. It’s 3-4 times larger for its body size than that of its nearest evolutionary relative, chimpanzee.

The skull acts as a protective cavity for the brain. It houses the majority of the sense organs including eyes, ears, nose and tongue. It has two parts to it, the neurocranium and membraneous viscerocranium with the mandible as the latter’s largest bone. Numerous flat bones are fused together as sutures to give the skull its shape that it has in the humans. Mandible is the only major movable bone that engages with the neurocranium via temporomandibular joint.

List of All Skull Bones

In all, the skull has 22 bones in it. Out of these, eight are the cranial bones:

Side Bones Of Skull

  • Occipital bone
  • Temporal bones (2)
  • Parietal bones (2)
  • Sphenoid bone
  • Ethmoid bone
  • Frontal bone

There are 14 more bones in the facial skeleton…

  • Vomer
  • Inferior nasal conchae (2)
  • Nasa bones (2)
  • Maxilla (2)
  • Mandible
  • Palatine bones (2)
  • Zygomatic bones (2)
  • Lacrimal bones (2)

Also, there are paranasal sinuses (air-filled cavities lined with respiratory epithelium) and numerous foramina (openings in the skull).

Temporomandibular Joints

Temporomandibular joints connect the jawbone to the skull at two points. It’s a bilateral synovial joint between temporal bone above and mandible below. Since it is bilateral, the left and the right parts always work together.

Temporomandibular Joint
Temporomandibular Joint

The joint comprises…

  • joint capsule
  • articular disc
  • mandibular condyles
  • articular surface of the temporal bone
  • temporomandibular ligament
  • stylomandibular ligament
  • sphenomandibular ligament
  • lateral pterygoid muscle

The joint capsule is an envelope attaching to the mandibular fossa and the articular tubercle above. It’s also attached to the neck of the condyle of the mandible below.

The articular disc is a dense fibrocartilagenous tissue between condyle of the mandible and mandibular fossa.

Temporomandibular ligament is the thickened lateral portion of the capsule.stylomandibular ligament

Stylomandibular ligament becomes taut when the mandible is protruded.

Sphenomandibular ligament becomes accentuated and taut when the mandible is protruded.

Present Status

When are the Temporomandibular joints with all their muscles along in the state of rest? Surprisingly, it’s not with the teeth biting together but with a 2 mm to 4 mm of space between them.

But at this juncture of evolution, we, homo sapiens, have not yet been able to make it our first nature. Hence we do need to correct it with guided chakra meditation for centering at body core immediately.

Full jaw opening measures 40 mm to 50 mm gap between the upper and lower front teeth. When the jaw moves, it’s only the mandible that moves.

Mandible movements are called excursions. There are two lateral excursions, left and right. And there is a forward excursion called protrusion that everyone does everyday while brushing the teeth. It’s because protrusion brings the upper and the lower  dentures in one single plane to brush them together easily. The excursion opposite to protrusion is called retrusion.

Why Do We See Blurred

Snellen Chart

Now we have got the basic information about the Temporomandibular joints. Let us investigate into how and why we start seeing blurred whether far or near. In fact, this could be one of the best examples of investigating into the issue how skeletal postures affect mind. It can tell us the best way how a corrupted skeletal posture corrupts the mind through corrupting brain’s neurophysiology. It can also be the best inspiration for us to go for guided chakra meditation for centering at body core.

Blurred eyesight is certainly a lifestyle disease. It has been an epidemic throughout the world since the beginning of bipedalism. Almost everyone falls prey to it, some of them early in life and the rest after the age of 40. We don’t really bother much about it since the use of specs has almost become a lifestyle disease! It has turned from a lifestyle disease to an accepted lifestyle!

But we aren’t aware that a blurred eyesight isn’t the end point of the epidemic. It’s also an indication and a warning that our neurophysiology isn’t working right in our entire body including our face. It has already been afflicted with a corrupted mind in our mind body system. It turns us prone to be contracting various different kinds of other lifestyle diseases in time to come.

Vision Correction: Surgical Vs Natural

Lasik

Going for a surgical option like LASIK doesn’t reduce the proneness either. It’s because LASIK just creates another pair of specs in the cornea of our eyes surgically and does nothing else. Why to go for LASIK when can easily see clear via guided chakra meditation for centering at body core?

Another benefit of investigating into blurred eyesight as an example is that its correction through skeletal meditation shows instant results. That way, we can be sure about being on the right track with our investigations into a corrupted mind.

We can immediately empty the mind partially of its visual corruption, in the skull alone, through skeletal re-posturing. Thus we can check its effect on the eyesight then and there. We need not make any hypothetical guesswork and then keep on waiting for favorable results to prove the hypothesis right. That’s what a laboratory procedure of deciding a hypothesis right or wrong is. The benefit with this example is that we get our feedback data almost instantaneously without wait and hence without confusion. It can immediately show us the benefits of guided chakra meditation for centering at body core.

My life has been a seesaw of eyesight blur and clarity of vision. It was until I solved the puzzle by discovering a concrete physical procedure.

10-Feet Snellen ChartIf You Already Have 20/20 Vision…

What about those between 0 – 40 years of age who don’t have any problem with their eyesight at present? How can they investigate the effect of central fixation on the clarity of their vision far and near?

Luckily, they can also witness a marked enhancement in the clarity of their vision when they see via central fixation of the eyes. If their distant vision is 20/20, central fixation can enhance it to be something like 30/20. Same with the near vision! If the near sight measures N6, they can easily enhance it to N3 or even more. Hence everyone can investigate central fixation of the eyes successfully regardless of their eyesight status.

I mastered the chakra discipline to understand how opening chakras via re-posturing skeleton may correct vision. It all amounted to emptying mind and rectifying neurophysiology of the visual system to see crystal clear again. Thanks to the guided chakra meditation for centering at body core!

It all took place via maneuvering mandible which is the only movable bone in the skull. Mandible is the jawbone forming the lower jaw and keeping the lower denture in place. It’s the biggest and the strongest bone in the facial skeleton. Mandible is connected to the temporal bones through Temporomandibular joints. Hence when mandible is maneuvered, Temporomandibular joints get maneuvered along.

To revise once…

When are the Temporomandibular joint, with all their muscles along, in the state of rest? It’s not with molars biting together with the front teeth in the upper denture covering those in the lower one. It’s so with a 2 mm to 4 mm of space between the two entire dentures postured in one single plane. But almost no one ever postures them that way. That’s one of the postural faults humanity has habitually been living all over the world with, to date.

The said postural maneuver aligns the upper and the lower dentures in one single plane along their entire lengths. It results in opening third eye chakra and crown chakra in one single go through maneuvering frontalis and temporalis along.

Muscles Associated with Temporomandibular Joints

Now, which are all the muscles associated with Temporomandibular joints? I said associated, not necessarily attached to the joint!. The muscles directly attached are the agonist or the prime movers. But there are many more in the vicinity that synergistically associate with the same action. They assist the prime movers by imparting an extra punch to their action with their associated actions. The said actions may either be contracting a muscle or else releasing an already habitually contracted muscle to rest.

The prime movers are…

  • Temporalis Muscle – elevates and retracts mandible
  • Masseter Muscle – elevates and retracts mandible
  • Medial Pterigoid Muscle – depresses mandible
  • Medial Pterigoid Muscle – elevates mandible and helps lateral pterygoid in moving jaw from side to side

The synergetically associated muscles of the eyes are…

  • Occipitofrontalis Muscle – raises eyebrows
  • Occipitalis Muscle -retracts scalp
  • Frontalis Muscle – wrinkles eyebrow
  • Orbicularis Oculi Muscle – closes eyelids
  • Corrugator Supercilii Muscle – moves skin of forehead medially and inferiorly towards root of nose
  • Depressor Supercilii Muscle – moves skin of eyebrows inferiorly
  • Levator Palpebrae Superioris Muscle – retracts and elevates eyelids
  • Superior Tarsal Muscle – raises upper eyelid
  • Superior Rectus Muscle – elevates, adducts and medially rotates eye
  • Inferior Rectus Muscle – depresses and adducts eye
  • Medial Rectus Muscle – adducts eye
  • Lateral Rectus Muscle – abducts eye
  • Superior Oblique Muscle – introits, abducts and depresses eye
  • Inferior Oblique Muscle – extorts, elevates and abducts eye

The synergetically associated muscles of the ears are…

  • Temporoparietalis Muscle – used in reconstructive ear surgery
  • Anterior Auricular Muscle – pulls auricle forwards
  • Superior Auricular Muscle – pulls auricle upwards
  • Posterior Auricular Muscle – pulls auricle backwards
  • Stapedius Muscle – controls amplitude of sound waves to inner ear
  • Tensor Tympani Muscle – tenses tympanic membrane

Synergetically associated muscles of the eyebrows are…

  • Procerus Muscle – draws down medial angle of eyebrow giving expressions of frowning

The synergetically associated muscles of the nose are…

  • Depressor Septi Nasi Muscle – depresses nasa septum
  • Levator Labii Superioris Alaeque Nasi Muscle – dilates nostril, elevates upper lip, elevates wing of nose
  • Nasalis Muscle – compresses nostrils
  • Dilator Naris Muscle – dilates nostrils

The synergetically associated muscles of the mouth and lips are…

  • Levator Anguli Oris Muscle – elevates angle of mouth as a smile
  • Depressor Anguli Oris Muscle – depresses angle of mouth as a frown
  • Levator Labii Superioris – elevates upper lip
  • Depressor Labii Inferioris Muscle – depresses lower lip
  • Mentalis Muscle – elevates and wrinkles skin of chin, protrudes lower lip
  • Buccinator Muscle – compresses cheeks against teeth as blowing, masticates
  • Orbicularis Oris Muscle – puckers lips
  • Resorius Muscle – draws back angle of mouth
  • Zygomaticus Major Muscle – draws angle of mouth upwards and laterally
  • Zygomaticus Minor Muscle – elevates upper lip

(Every chakra is a complex of a corrupted joint with similarly huge numbers of muscles, nerves and arteries gone corrupted.)

Guided Chakra Meditation for Centering at Body Core Includes All Chakras Along

All this happens when we open the third eye chakra and the crown chakra in one single go. And we do it by moving the Temporomandibular joints up and out through maneuvering mandible bone. The posture ensures the alignment of the upper and the lower dentures in one single plane along their entire lengths.

But the entire maneuver is extremely subtle and complex. It’s owing to an emergent need to balance the actions of the prime mover and synergetic muscular actions.

A guided chakra meditation under direct supervision of a firsthand experienced guide is the best way to open the skull chakras. Guided chakra meditation for centering at body core aims at the same along with all the rest of them.

That’s how a corrupted posture in any part of the body gives birth to a partially corrupted mind. And that’s how we can partially empty the mind to set a specific physiological system back on track.

Synergetic partners: Guided Chakra Meditation for Centering at Body Core

Eyesight blur is a perfect example of a corrupted mind stopping brain from clear visual perception via unblocked nerve signals. But there is a caveat here. Visual subsystem is not the only subsystem of the nervous system in our total mind body system. We have many more of similar systems along with their subsystems there…

  • Circulatory System
  • Guided Meditation For Body Centering At Body CoreDigestive System
  • Endocrine System
  • Exocrine System
  • Immune System
  • Muscular System
  • Nervous System
  • Renal System
  • Reproductive System
  • Respiratory  System
  • Skeletal System

Visual system that we investigated into is a subsystem of the nervous system. We can certainly correct these individual systems or subsystems locally, but there is again a caveat here.

Like muscles have their synergetic partners, chakras do have them as well. And why shouldn’t they? They are just the complex sets of corrupted skeletal postures and muscles, nerves and arteries associated with them. By that token, all 7 chakras are synergetic partners of one another. In fact synergetic partners tend to amplify whatever the prime mover decides to do,

Why Guided Chakra Meditation for Centering at Body Core Includes All Chakras Along

If we decide to open one single chakra, all the rest six would tend to amplify its action. But that’s only possible when the rest six are already open. Otherwise they would just do the opposite in the long run. They would rather tend to pull back the action taken to open that one single chakra, later.

So, it’s never a wise decision to open them singly, one by one, sequentially. The best bet is to open them all in one single go. We cannot effectively empty a segment of our mind and hope that it will always remain so. Corruptions of mind from its other parts would rush to fill the empty space later if not sooner. How long will we be able to keep it protected from its offenders? But if the entire mind goes empty in one single go, it would tend to remain empty forever.

And it’s not an impossible task to empty the mind in one single go. We certainly CAN open all our 7 chakras together. That is how the guided chakra meditation for centering at body core comes handy here!

Third Eye Chakra Vs Crown Chakra

An open third eye chakra is characterized by a sharp perception which a closed third eye chakra badly missed. Similarly an open crown chakra is characterized by a deep insight into life which a closed crown chakra pathetically misses.

In fact the two of them are very similar to each other with only one difference between them. An open crown chakra can see macro view of what an open third eye chakra can see only micro version. In other words, what an open third eye chakra can see in one single degree, crown chakra does in 270.

Why Crown Chakra Is The King of All Chakras

In fact, as I discovered, there are two types of visual central fixation possible. One associates with an open third eye chakra alone providing a crystal clear, bright and sharp tunnel vision aka perception. It’s achieved by relaxing the frontalis muscle while accommodating with the help of occipitalis. Everything out of this tunnel is blurred and dull in the sense of not being bright.

The other associates with both, an open crown chakra along with an open third eye chakra. This central fixation provides a crystal clear, bright, sharp wide vision including peripheral vision, perception as well as empathy. We do it by relaxing both, the frontalis and the temporalis muscles while accommodating with the help of occipitalis. In my personal opinion, this has been my biggest discovery in chakra discipline.

Guided Chakra Meditation for Centering at Body Core Is The Best Option

In both these types of central fixation, the eyes turn bright with a shine of interest in their looks too. Hence I call this shine the real smize that they exude through them.

Also, the sharpness of the eyesight is closely linked with insight into life. A sharp perception of brain must have a recording tool of sharp eyes to perceive it in its entirety. It’s exactly like a clear eye vision imparts a clear world vision too. The eyes are the real windows not only to the mind but also to the brain!

That’s why third eye chakra has been assigned two iconic petals whereas crown chakra has been assigned full one thousand! And that is why the crown chakra is called the king of all chakras.

There is a caveat here. Crown chakra cannot be effectively opened unless third eye chakra is already opened.

Therefore it’s your best option to go for guided chakra meditation for centering at body core opening all chakras together.
