Chronic Headaches: Headache Relief with Chakra Healing

What causes headache? What causes all chronic headaches like chronic migraine headaches, sinus headache and tension headache? Chakra healing for headache relief must first go into the depth of these questions to answer them right so that the cure through opening chakras might become permanent too.

As I opened my chakras during the years 2005-2006 while analyzing the accidental episode that had instantaneously corrected my farsighted vision curing my lifelong myopia for once and for all, it didn’t tell me anything about what causes headache keeping me still in dark about one of the least understood topics of pathology by the mainstream medical science, i.e., all the chronic headaches including migraine headaches, sinus headache and tension headache; nor did it tell anything about pain relief that was possible by chakra healing through opening chakras in the body.

It was so because I never had a single episode of headache all through my life.

But later I started curing other people’s vision for the errors of refractive index. And then people informed me that surprisingly their persistent pain in the head had started disappearing. It was even before their eyesight was completely back to normal.

I kept wondering regarding what causes headache!

I wondered what it was that was doing it to the head even before it did it to the eyeballs! And now I wanted to solve the mystery of ‘what causes headache’. Myy basic concern was ‘what spoils vision’. But it ultimately led me to most basic question of all. It was ‘what causes pathos’ whether in the human body anywhere or in the human mind anyway.

What Causes Headache

Later I went deeper into the question of what causes headache and developed an insight into all the chronic headache treatment including chronic migraine treatment, sinus headache treatment and tension headache treatment along with their most basic as well as their immediate precipitating causes and also the most effective headache relief with chakra healing through the feedback continuously getting provided to me by my eye vision patients and my general clients who were there under my training for opening chakras for health.

Just to note that a migraine is a headache which hurts very severely. It’s so severe that it turns one nauseous making him or her helplessly go curled up in a dark room!

So the question that still remains to answer here is what causes headache and all kinds of migraines?

Medical science says it has not yet completely understood the pathology. What the International Headache Society does is simply listing tens of classifications for different varieties of headaches and migraines. It also provides them with different medical nomenclatures.

An Eye-opening Insight

I got an eye-opening insight. It was that all theses chronic headaches including migraine, sinus headache and tension headache were basically the continuous muscle contractions. In fact they were contractions in the two jaw muscles namely temporalis and lateral pterygoid. The only pain causing factor in it was that they sustained for long durations of time mostly while asleep.

The temporalis muscle which is the strongest muscle in the body capable of crushing the hardest eatables you can imagine of is there to close the jaw in order to chew with molar teeth. People often tend to keep it contracted through unconscious jaw clenching.

And they do so especially almost all through the night while asleep. It generates the basic tendency for any precipitating causes to trigger an onset of a pain.

This can either be a tension headache or various different kinds of migraine headaches during the day.

Habitual Jaw-line Posturing

It all comes from the way they habitually keep their jaw line postured. The said posture has a poor alignment between the upper and the lower jaws. When the third eye chakra and the crown chakra are open, the jaw line automatically postures itself right. It creates an air-gap between the upper and the lower canines and molars so that no jaw clenching is possible. The frontal teeth are slightly touching each other in a uniform plane between the upper and the lower jaws. This gives an additional advantage of a protective jaw-opening-reflex. It’s named Nociceptive Trigeminal Inhibition Reflex in the medical terminology. This reflex suppresses the temporalis muscles from contracting too hard without any real need to do so.

I also had kept my jaw line habitually postured in a distorted way. But it was the kind that only generated myopia without ever generating any headache all through my life. And this was before I treated my own vision by chakra healing through opening chakras. Hence I never needed any pain relief for the obvious reason of never having got a headache as such!

Lateral Pterygoid Muscles

The lateral pterygoid muscles attach at the top of the jaw bones, just in front of the ear canals. They insert at the walls of the sinuses and are responsible for what is called teeth grinding or bruxing. That means clenching jaws at one side as opposed to both the sides done by temporalis. Thus grinding is simply a dynamic form of jaw clenching. It alone never produces pain as long as it is not combined with jaw clenching along. Now in conjunction of the two, a lateral pterygoid muscle becomes dysfunctional from habitual and unconscious over-exhaustion. Then it causes pressure and pain in and around the nasal passages and sinuses. This in turn causes the sinuses to produce a runny or stuffy nose. This is what generates a sinus headache as one of the major chronic headaches.

Here again headache relief is taken care by chakra healing through opening chakras by ascertaining that the air-gap between the upper and the lower canines and molars on both the sides is maintained so that both, jaw clenching as well as teeth grinding can be stopped as a continuous unconscious process in the denture especially while asleep at night.

Question Solved: What Causes Headache

It ultimately solves the question as to what causes headache.

As the question gets solved, the answer simply lies in the action taken to relieve the cause. It gets done for once and for all by chakra healing through opening chakras for headache relief. The relisef is vfrom all the chronic headaches including migraine headaches, sinus and tension headache.
