Hypertension / High Blood Pressure: How Chakra Healing Helps
Hypertension or high blood pressure and hypotension or low blood pressure are curable by chakra healing through opening chakras for good. which not only takes care of the high part of the pressure but also equally of the pathological low part of it through creating a balance between the effects of the sympathetic and the parasympathetic nervous systems.
It’s here to be kept in mind that not all hypotension or low blood pressure is always pathological. It’s rather a physiological state of the body system. And it keeps systolic blood pressure less than 90 millimeters of mercury and/or diastolic less than 60 millimeters of it. It normally creates no problem to physiology, rather helps it in many ways in the long run of life.
I myself have been keeping a consistently low blood pressure or hypotension since my early childhood. And never did I feel any problem in any function of my body. It could be the stamina or else the speed requiring a continuous supply of a considerable amount of energy. It could also be for the purpose of any strenuous physical action in hand.
Hypotension or low blood pressure only becomes pathological when it shows noticeable symptoms. These comprise lightheadedness, dizziness, fainting and/or seizures. If none of these symptoms afflicts the body, its being low is even better than normal in many cases. One only needs taking care that it doesn’t fall excessively low below normal.
Primary Vs Secondary hypertension
Primary hypertension or high blood pressure afflicting 90% to 95% of patients is idiopathic, i.e., no medical cause can be assigned to it as well as medical science knows of no definitive cure of the condition.
Secondary hypertension or high blood pressure afflicts 5% to 10% of patients. It is known to be generated by pathological conditions affecting kidneys, arteries, heart, or endocrine system. And it is best curable by curing the underlying causative factor in the very first place.
If the condition persists for long duration of time, it may end up in fatal consequences. These may be stroke, myocardial infarction, heart failure, arterial aneurysm, or chronic kidney failure. They also may shorten life expectancy in a serious manner.
When blood vessels constrict considerably increasing the pressure excessively, it may end up in brain swelling. It may cause headache, drowsiness, confusion, vision disorders, nausea, and vomiting symptoms. All of these collectively fall under the topic of hypertensive encephalopathy.
Though no known reasons are there for initiating the condition, yet many factors have been noted elevating the risk of contracting the condition like sedentary lifestyle, smoking, stress, visceral obesity, potassium deficiency, obesity, sodium sensitivity, alcohol intake, and vitamin D deficiency along with sympathetic nervous system over-activity.
Chakra healing considers sympathetic nervous system over-activity as the root cause of hypertension or high blood pressure. And it aims at creating a balance between the effects of the sympathetic nervous system and the parasympathetic nervous system.
In fact the majority of human population on earth continuously lives under stress. Also it chronically keeps inducing the fight-or-flight response in the body system for no concrete reason at all. Thus it pushes the system to almost always be in the sympathetic mode.
It results in the system swinging between chronic anxiety disorder and intermittent bouts of depression. Thus it keeps the system wasting its energy being in the fight-or-flight state chronically. The muscular armor always keeps contracted assuming a defensive stance. It does so to keep ready for defending against every perceived threat that is not there anywhere in reality.
In such a scenario, the heart must increase the rate and force of contraction. It results in an increased blood pressure through the vessels carrying blood through them, putting extra stress over the system.
Chakra healing deals with the situation by simply opening chakras for good. A naturally postured body no more falls victim to unnecessary muscular contractions in body and perennial stress in mind. Hence the system may come out of its chronic sympathetic nervous system over-activity to rest in peace. This is when there is no real threat to it.
