The way we humans keep our bodies postured in our skeletons, in general, puts a continuous strain on our body musculature 24×7; hence we never feel relaxed even after a full night rest in the morning. What re-posturing does is reorganizing the joints in the skeleton so that the muscles attached to them acquire their natural disposition in terms of their rest length L0 throughout the body from toes to the top of the head. In other words re-posturing is a process of re-aligning the joints in the human body skeleton.
I would love to learn reposturing not only for weight loss but for a complete body benefit.
